We also have a little announcement this week. The fine folks over at the Kitchen Stadium message boards have graciously agreed to give us a place for people to post questions and episode reviews. If you have a problem that isn’t addressed in the FAQ, let us know. If you have an episode request, let us know. If you want to review an episode, write it up and post it over there. Maybe we’ll even put it on the main page. (And don’t worry. We will continue to respond to the comments and admin e-mail addresses.)

On occasion, we get requests for specific episodes to be uploaded. We appreciate the feedback of our visitors and always try to accommodate. Last week, we got a request that was a little different: “If there’s any chance you guys could upload the episode of Battle Potato between Michael Noble & Morimoto (aired 7/2/99) that would be great. Michael is actually my dad & I would love to be able to watch the video online.”
Of course, we asked Ms. Noble how her dad was doing.
“My dad is well, of course he is still a chef. He’s living in Calgary, Alberta right now working on opening his own restaurant and doing some consulting work.”
